About Us
Yanadira Magaña, College Success Expert
College2Career Connections is a comprehensive counseling service for families seeking intentional support for their student as they navigate self-inquiry, career development, college exploration, and financial aid.
Created by a colleges success advocate, Yanadira started her career in the admissions office at Salem College. Over the course of her time, she read hundreds of applications -- working closely with scholarship selection committees. After recruiting for her high school district, Uplift Education, she was offered a position to develop college partnerships with elite universities for their College Success Team. Throughout her five year tenure, she helped coach over 30 college counselors, and created innovative strategies to increase financial aid education and completion.
Now, Yanadira serves as a College Success Advisor, building the college culture at a brand new school in north Houston.
